Chimichanga

A gigantic flour tortilla with your choice of meat: chicken, steak or shrimp; grilled with bell peppers, onions and tomatoes, deep fried to a golden brown and topped with cheese sauce, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole and Pico de Gallo. Served with Mexican rice and refried beans.
